- The Alexandre spot is accessible on foot or by bike. The spot is distinguished by its magnificent waves and warm atmosphere. Here, the spirit of camaraderie among surfing enthusiasts is essential, and the waves are accessible to all.
- South of L’Alexandre lies La Nord. This spot offers a long, straight stretch ideal for surfing, with a lively local atmosphere. Unlike L’Alexandre, La Nord is easily accessible by car.
- L’écureuil, located south of Plage Centrale, is one of Lacanau’s best surf spots, renowned for its tranquility. A friendly, sharing atmosphere reigns, so don’t hesitate to chat with the local surfers to learn more about the particularities of this surf spot.
- La Barrière is a favorite with local surfers. Access is by foot or bike only, and it’s considered one of Lacanau’s premier surf spots. As at L’Alexandre, camaraderie and sharing among surfers are strongly encouraged! This spot is not recommended for beginners.
